Chiquelle Flagship Store Manager
Are you a sales oriented, result driven person with a can-do attitude and previous Store Manager experience? Then you might be the person we are looking for!
The Chiquelle Flagship Store in Mall of Scandinavia opened late fall 2021 and we are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the team.
What you will do
As a Chiquelle Store Manager, your main responsibilities are:
- Running the daily operations of the Store, including staffing, deliveries and restocks
- Leading and coaching your team of 7-8 Sales Associates to success
- Scheduling, planning and recruiting
- Fulfilling the Store's sales budget
- Initiate activities and procedures to drive sales and customer experience
- Representing and promoting the brand
- Providing excellent service
You will have support and guidance from HQ to fulfill your responsibilities, and you will also be collaborating with the Store Manager of our Täby Centrum Store.

Who you are
To be successful in the role as Store Manager at Chiquelle, we believe you have previous Store Manager experience from fashion retail. You are organized, flexible and enjoy coming up with creative solutions to bring you and your team closer to the goal. You have a coaching mindset and lead by example.
You are sales-oriented and result driven. And most importantly, you love meeting our customers and creating a shopping experience exceeding their expectations.
We believe you are fluent in Swedish and communicate comfortably in written and spoken English. You also have basic skills in Excel and Word, or Google Sheets and Docs.
Location: Stockholm, Mall of Scandinavia
The position is full time (40 h/w), starting with a 6 month probationary period.
We would want you to join us as soon as possible, start date upon agreement.
You will be paid at monthly rate and your working schedule will be distributed during daytime, evenings and weekends.
